 Registration includes a 10 x 10, entry for up to 4 people, unlimited use water is included and electricity is available for $25.00. Overnight accommodation available for RVs and Campers in secure lots on site. You must be a valid ICS member by the day of competition to compete.

Think your chili has what it takes? Want to just compete and see where it stacks up? Around $2,000.00 in cash prizes to be won for this event! When you register, the cost is the same to enter both competitions or just one, so you choose what you want to enter in and cook away!

First Place - $1,000.00 and a trophy First Place - $200.00 and a trophy
Second Place - $300.00 plus trophy Last Place - "Pepto-Bismol" Trophy
Third Place - $200.00 plus trophy
Fourth Place - $100.00 plus trophy
Fifth Place - $75.00 plus trophy
Deadline to enter a Chili Team is Monday, April 5th. The Captains Meeting for all Chili teams competing is Wednesday, April 7th, 6:00pm. One representative from EVERY team must be present to pick up credentials, rules and sign paperwork.
This is also an official regional ICS qualifier, so the winner is automatically entered into the Traditional Red Chili Finals at the World Championship Chili Cookoff!
